🔺الحضور والشهادات:
- شهادة الحضور لا تمنح في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي (الحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج)
- الساعات العلمية لا تضاف (اذا كان البرنامج معتمد بساعات علمية) في حال التغييب الكامل أو الجزئي (الحضور إلزامي لكامل البرنامج)
- تمنح شهادة ممارس معتمد للبرامج المعتمدة بشهادات دولية من المعهد الدولي بعد تجاوز الامتحانين النظري والعملي فقط
🔺المحتوى المقروء والمسموع والمرئي:
- المادة العلمية تعطى نسخة مطبوعة أو إلكترونية أو كتاب حسب طلب المحاضر أو نظام المعهد الدولي (توزع المادة العلمية للدورات الحضورية فقط).
- يسمح بتصوير الجزء العملي فقط من الدورات الحضورية ويمنع تصوير كامل الدورة أو تسجيلها صوتياً.
- يمنع تسجيل أو تصوير أي جزء من المحاضرات الأونلاين.
🔺للقادمين من مدينة اخرى للدورات الحضورية:
- نأمل حجز الطيران والسكن قبل الدورة بأسبوعين بعد التأكد من عدم الغاء الدورة.
- في حال الغاء الدورة لأي سبب لا نتحمل أي تكاليف طيران أو سكن أو مواصلات.
- لا يسمح بالتأخر أو الاستئذان المبكر عند اختيارك وقت ط يران يتعارض مع الدورة لذلك نرجو اختيار وقت مناسب لحجز رحلات الطيران.
🔺سياسات إلغاء التسجيل واسترجاع الرسوم
يطبق التالي حسب وقت الإلغاء:
- الإلغاء قبل ٣٠ يوم من بداية الدورة يسترجع كامل المبلغ.
- الإلغاء خلال ٢٠ - ٢٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٣٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
- الإلغاء خلال ١١ - ١٩ يوم من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٥٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
- الإلغاء خلال ٦ - ١٠ أيام من بداية الدورة، استرجاع مع خصم ٨٠ ٪ من رسوم الدورة الأساسي.
- الرسوم غير مستردة إذا كان الإلغاء خلال ٥ أيام من بداية الدورة أو التغيب الجزئي أو الكامل.
🔺تجنباً للمسائلة القانونية والغرامات نأمل تجنب مايلي
- تصوير كامل الدورات الحضورية أو تسجيلها صوتياً.
- تسجيل أو تصوير أي جزء من المحاضرات الأونلاين.
- نشر المادة العلمية أو الفيديوهات لغير حضور الدورة أو في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى لإقامة دورات تدريبية.

🔺Attendance:
- Certificate of Attendance shall not be granted in the event of complete or partial absenteeism (attendance is mandatory for the entire program).
- CPD hours will not be added (if the program is approved by CPD hours) in case of complete or partial absenteeism (attendance is mandatory for the entire program).
- If the program is accredited from an international institute, a Certified practitioner certificate will be given only after passing the written and practical exam.
🔺Readable, audible, and visual content:
- The educational material shall be given in book, printed, or soft copy at the request of the speaker or the International Institute's system (Educational material only for onsite courses).
- Permits the filming of only the practical part of the onsite courses.
- It is forbidden to film or record any part of the online courses.
🔺 For arrivals from another city (Onsite courses):
- We hope to book flights and accommodation two weeks before the course after confirming that the course is not cancelled.
- If the course is cancelled, we do not incur any airline, accommodation, or transportation costs.
- Delay or early permission is not allowed when choosing a flight time that is inconsistent with the course, so please choose a suitable time to book flights.
🔺Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation 30 days before the course: full refund.
- Cancellation within 20 - 29 days before the course: 30% deduction from the basic course fees.
- Cancellation within 11 - 19 days before course: 50% deduction from the basic course fees.
- Cancellation within 6 - 10 days before the course: 80% deduction from the basic course fees.
- Cancellation during 5 days before the course or if partial / complete absence: No refund.
According to the time of cancelation:

- Filming or voice recording of the entire onsite course.
- Publish educational material or videos for who did not attend the course or in social media.
- Use educational material or video to do training.
